This game requires a Where's Waldo/Where's Wally book, a marker, sticky labels or small post-its, and a pen to write on the labels. It converts a children's puzzle book into a conspiracy-horror game. It also destroys the book, or at least makes it worthless for its original purpose.
In this game, you are a member of the agency tasked with stopping the elusive The Man Who Should Not Exist and several Entities of Power who use their occult abilities to threaten humanity. Your efforts will include regrettable-but-necessary harm to innocents—whoever happens to be too close to their schemes. ("Harm" means "mark them dead" by covering their faces or including them in a dotted-line kill zone; there is no dice-rolling here.) Part of the appeal is changing how the reader looks at these books — not as "find the tourist" but "find the dangerous ones who have infiltrated society, and do whatever it takes to stop them." It's both hilarious and creepy; the cognitive dissonance is fascinating.
